From the moment we wake up till we go to sleep we are faced with challenges that are bound to make us worried. Responsibilities and expectations we need to live up to. The news making matter worse with stories of disasters, wars , recession, financial down turns and other bad things happening around the world. All these things have a way of putting us on panic mode.
First thing we need to remember when faced with a challenging situation is that worrying does not change anything. To reduce worrying;
Make a priority list
Making a to-do lists with the most urgent things at the top and the least at the bottom helps you get the most important things out of the way.
Make time relax
Creating time to relax might seem difficult when you have so much to do and very little time. Scheduling a little time to rest can make all the difference .
Exercise and keeping active can help clear your mind.
Talk to someone
Talking to someone can help ease your worries. They may offer a solution or different perspective on the issue worrying you. As they say, a problem shared is a problem half solved.
Try meditating. It clears your mind and increases your ability to cope with stress without.
